Product Compliance Engineer

A leading international company are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Compliance Engineer to oversee regulatory and safety compliance for radio remote control systems used in industrial machinery.

In this role, you will work closely with R&D teams, certification bodies, and external laboratories to ensure products meet international regulatory, safety, and certification standards throughout the product lifecycle.

What You'll be Doing

Regulatory & Product Compliance

• Lead compliance activities for radio remote control products across EU and global markets
• Interpret and apply relevant standards and regulations, including RED, Machinery Regulation, EMC, LVD, and international approvals
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and Declarations of Conformity (DoC)

Functional Safety

• Support compliance activities related to machinery functional safety standards
• Assist in safety concepts, risk analysis, and safety validation activities
• Support preparation of safety documentation and audits

Laboratory Testing & Certification

• Coordinate RF, EMC, electrical safety, environmental, and functional safety testing
• Liaise with external laboratories, certification bodies, and testing partners
• Review test reports and support corrective actions when required

Documentation & Quality

• Maintain organized technical files and ensure traceability of compliance documentation
• Support internal and external audits related to product certification and compliance
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems, or a related field
• Experience in product compliance, testing, safety engineering, or industrial electronics is considered an asset
• Basic understanding of RF, EMC, and electrical safety regulations
• Familiarity with testing laboratories and certification processes
• Understanding of risk analysis and technical documentation practices
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
