Maintenance Manager

Our client who specializes in the HORECA industry is looking for a Maintenance Manager. Your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Conduct regular inspections and evaluations of all physical facilities and equipment to prioritize maintenance and repair tasks effectively.
• Develop a comprehensive inventory of all hotel equipment and machinery, establishing a maintenance schedule for each item.
• Create and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities to detect and address potential issues proactively, minimizing breakdowns.
• Manage the maintenance department budget, monitor expenses, forecast future costs, and make adjustments to stay within budgetary constraints.
• Cultivate relationships with reliable vendors and contractors, soliciting competitive bids for services and supplies while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, work orders, inventory, and expenditures, utilizing this data for planning and reporting purposes.
• Address guest maintenance issues promptly and effectively, leveraging guest feedback to enhance maintenance processes and overall guest satisfaction.
• Identify and implement energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable practices, monitoring utility usage and identifying areas for improvement.
• Foster clear communication and coordination with other departments
