CMMS Professional

Our client is looking to recruit a CMMS Professional to join theor growing team, and the chosen candidate will:

• Lead a small team responsible for CMMS administration and maintenance operations.
• Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all essential aerodrome systems and assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and minimizing unplanned downtime.
• Monitor maintenance trends, analyze system data, and recommend process improvements or equipment replacements based on performance and reliability insights.
• Generate reports on asset performance, work order completion rates, preventive maintenance adherence, and downtime, providing actionable insights for management.
• Customize CMMS settings, workflows, and templates to align with the operational needs of the aerodrome facility and enhance maintenance efficiency.
• Implement and support rigorous quality assurance protocols to ensure maintenance tasks meet specified performance criteria and function as intended.
• Ensure compliance with operational, security, and health & safety regulations for all maintenance activities at MIA.
• Be available on-call to address operational and emergency maintenance needs.
• Foster a customer-focused and environmentally responsible culture within the department.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with staff, contractors, and airport users to facilitate smooth maintenance operations.
• Identify and propose efficiency improvements while assisting in training new employees.

• Willingness to attend training and work in a dynamic, operationally critical environment.

• Strong knowledge of CMMS platforms and maintenance best practices.
• Experience in asset management and maintenance scheduling.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and safety protocols in an aerodrome environment.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Proficiency in preparing technical documentation and cost estimations
