Building Services Engineer

A well-established client of ours operating within Propertty Investment is searching for a Building Services Engineer to join their tight-knit team. 

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the building management system with a strategic view to ensure that the plant is running efficiently and effectively;
• Identify areas of improvement within the system as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise;
• Manage external consultants and contractors on matters relating to building services;
• Managing the maintenance team to ensure proper upkeep of the building plant;
• Support the CEO on engineering related matters of the building and other projects the company will take on

• At least a first degree level in engineering or equivalent with a warrant
• A willingness to learn about new technologies and a keenness take charge of implementing systems
• The capability of managing a team and keeping them accountable
• The ability to identify a core issues and address as necessary beyond quick fixes
• Excellent command in English; Maltese is highly preferred

• At least a first degree level in engineering or equivalent with a warrant
• 5 years previous experience in mechanical/electrical, or in BMS
