Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various structures, from residential homes to commercial buildings. Your expertise and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that our projects are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meet all safety and building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research and incorporate sustainable and environmentally friendly design practices
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is being executed according to plans and specifications
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management locally.
- Proficiency in CAD software, REVIT and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
