Architect / Draughts Person
We are seeking a talented Architect & Civil Engineer/ Junior Architect & Civil Engineer & Draughts Person to join our team at iDA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architectural design projects from inception through completion, ensuring that the designs meet both client expectations and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Development: Create and develop architectural designs, concepts, and plans for a variety of projects.
Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints. Present design proposals and make adjustments based on feedback.
Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other architects, draughts persons, and project managers to ensure cohesive project development.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic use of Photoshop is required.
