Design Manager

Our client is a leading financial services company who is seeking to recruit a Design Manager to join their growing team

The Role

• You will be leading the Design Team
• You will ensure that all the company's products are well embedded into the design strategy
• You will be spearheading the design concepts across all the company's product lines
• Will find innovative ways to communicate messages and ensure that all key messages are relayed to customers
• Come up with creative concepts and implement accordingly
• Ensure that artworks compel all the messages that have been agreed upon within startegy
• You will ensure that technical and business requirements are well within the messages and designs created
• Show latest standards and trends to your team
• Providing strategic direction and support to the UX team with design-related tasks

• You should have 3- 5 years experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of works
• Have experience leading a team
• Preferably have a degree in Graphic Design
• Be creative and have good attention to detail
• Have working knowledge of interactive design, user-centered experience design, digital marketing, creative process, and accessibility.
