Harvest Technology Plc is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong professional to join its finance team as a Financial Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic technology group and contribute to the growth and performance of a diverse portfolio of businesses.
THE POSITION
Based in Malta and reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Financial Analyst will support the Group’s financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities. The selected candidate will play a key role in delivering financial and operational insights, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting senior management through data-driven reporting and analysis.
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analysing business performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support informed decision-making whilst contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.

THE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a large multinational company, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, data analytics, or similar. Candidates must demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, together with experience using business intelligence tools and SQL.
The role demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, together with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential as well as the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
