Data Support Engineer

Our well-established client within the iGaming industry, is on the lookout for a Data Support Engineer to be a part of a cross-functional Agile team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work with various teams to deliver a broad range of data services;
• Providing a high-quality response and resolutions to incidents and queries from the various consumers of the Data Platform;
• Have complete ownership of the service desk function promoting continuous process improvements and ensuring that SLA's are met;
• Working closely with Data Engineers and Data Architects to investigate production incidents/queries and establish potential improvements
• Actively participating and attend meetnigs to influence and gain knowledge on the Data Platform’s deliverables.
