Role Overview:

The Data Scientist will play a critical role in analyzing datasets to derive actionable insights, build predictive models, and contribute to strategic decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data manipulation, and will be passionate about leveraging data to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain databases and data systems.

• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources.

• Automate data collection and processing pipelines.

• Ensure data integrity and security.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, HR and finance to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions.

• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• Develop, validate, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms.

• Continuously monitor and refine models to improve their accuracy and effectiveness.

• Present complex data analyses and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Propose and implement new methodologies and technologies to improve data analysis processes.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
• Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
• Proven experience with data visualization tools preferably Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn).
• Excellent understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
