Analyst

Our client one of the largest companies in Malta is looking for an Analyst to join their team 

Responsibilities: 

• Design and maintain business intelligence reports to monitor financial and operational performance across multiple business units.
• Conduct profitability and trend analyses to identify growth opportunities, optimize revenue, and improve business efficiency.
•  Provide strategic insights and performance metrics to senior management, supporting planning, forecasting, and commercial decision-making.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality, streamline reporting processes, and strengthen performance monitoring.
• Develop analytical tools and reporting solutions that improve visibility into key business drivers and support continuous operational improvement.

Requirements

• Previous experience in business performance, FP&A, commercial finance, or data analytics role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Experience working with large datasets and financial/operational reporting systems.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
