Our client, operating in aviation, is looking for an AI Specialist to join their growing team: 

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to support business intelligence and automation.
• Apply techniques such as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics to generate valuable insights.
• Optimize AI models to enhance accuracy, performance, and scalability.
• Develop AI-driven solutions for automating IT processes and supporting decision-making systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define AI and data-driven requirements.
• Build and maintain data models that support AI applications and analytics.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of AI-powered solutions.
• Implement AI-powered automation to improve IT operations and business workflows.
• Integrate AI models with business intelligence platforms such as Qlik, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Work with IT and software teams to embed AI functionalities into business applications.
• Partner with IT, data engineers, and business units to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements.
• Provide training and guidance on AI/ML best practices and applications.
• Stay updated on emerging AI trends and technologies to drive continuous innovation.
• Monitor and improve AI model performance, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
• Implement security and ethical AI practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Identify and resolve potential bottlenecks in AI and data workflows.

• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, and Google AI.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or software development.
• Experience in developing, training, and deploying AI/ML models.
