Our client, a leader within Insurance is looking for an organised, motivated individual to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors to their office. They will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and will be responsible for directing calls to the appropriate staff member. Reporting to the HR Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain a professional and organised reception area
  • Provide administrative support to other staff members
  • Responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail, as well as filing and organising documents. 
  • Assist with basic office tasks such as photocopying and scanning

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 

Winter hours: 08:00 - 17:00

Summer hours: 08:00 - 14:30

Requirements
  • Proven local experience in a similar role
  • Hold an excellent level of written and verbal Maltese & English
  • Hold excellent customer service skills, be highly organised, and have the ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with general office equipment
