Are you a customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills in Maltese and English? We're looking for a Contact Centre Clerk to join our client's team and play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls professionally, providing assistance and resolving queries efficiently.
  • Liaise with clients and technical teams to coordinate service requests and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Contact clients regarding outstanding payments and maintain accurate communication records.
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments via phone and email.
  • Manage the emergency call line, assess urgent situations, and dispatch the appropriate technician for emergency rescue operations.
  • Ensure all emergency calls are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Support general administrative tasks, including issuing staff uniforms, printing and binding lift manuals, and assisting with other office duties as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in Maltese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre, or administrative role is considered an asset.
