L-Aġenti tal-Call Center se jkunu qed jassistu l-aktar lill-klijenti permezz tat-telefon f’kull mistoqsija relatata ma’ kwalunkwe servizz li nipprovdu.

  • tkun taf tuża il-kompjuter, speċjalment Outlook 365, Word, u Excel
  • tkun taf titkellem u tikteb sew bil-Malti u bl-Ingliż
  • tkun organizzat u determinat li titgħallem
  • turi inizjattiva u kreattività u tkun kapaċi tidentifika l-affarijiet li jridu jsiru waqt l-eżekuzzjoni ta’ dan ix-xogħol sabiex tkun tista’ tgħin lil dak li jkun.
