Aspire Global is a leading international online gaming company and is looking for a dynamic and motivated Safer Gambling Specialist.

What You'll Do
  • Reviewing and monitoring customer’s accounts using the company's internal systems, in line with the responsible gaming guidelines
  • Identifying high risk players by conducting analysis of customers’ behaviour and activity.
  • Proactive outbound communication in the form of phone calls, emails and sms to ensure that the players are gambling responsibly.
  • Handling of inbound customer communication via phone, chat and email.
  • Knowing and promoting our Responsible Gaming tools.
  • Maintain knowledge and awareness of the ever-changing regulatory landscape
  • Working closely with the AML department to assess the customer’s affordability.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience and a passion in dealing with customers.
  • Previous experience in RG & AML – added asset.
  • Awesome verbal and written command of the English language.
  • Attention to details.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
