Aristocrat Interactive is looking for a highly motivated CRM Coordinator.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the execution of all CRM projects and marketing activities
  • Performing end-to-end monitoring of campaign execution & performance
  • Compiling and presenting reports on CRM stats – deliverability, open and click rates, etc
  • Optimizing customer promotional journeys and experience
  • Utilized customer list management skills for A/B testing and segmentation to discover best practices within each customer segment
  • Build & Create CRM email templates and marketing materials
  • Implementing of automated CRM programs for agreed campaigns
  • Aspire Global employees are adequately trained in Responsible Gambling in order to protect customers from harm following the relevant licensing objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Good written and verbal English
  • BA/BSc. in Marketing or equivalent – an advantage
  • Experience in editing HTML as well as being competent in Excel
  • Excellent project management, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Pays high attention to detail and has the ability to effectively plan work tasks to meet deadlines. Strong initiative
  • You are responsible, detail-oriented, well organized and independent, whilst also being able to learn quickly
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to see the big picture while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Experience with WordPress for website updates and management – an advantage
  • Proficiency in Canva for design and content creation – an advantage
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • You are a multi-tasking master, possess great interpersonal skills & are a team player!
