UX Designer (m/f/d)

EPG Financial Services Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a UX Designer (m/f/d) to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:

As UX Designer (m/f/d), you will be working closely with the Product team and the Development team, in order to build and refine the user interface for our company’s products.

Responsibilities:

• In the role of UX Designer (m/f/d), you will be called to gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the Product team and development team and you will be expected to collaborate with product management and developers to define and implement solutions to support product direction and visuals
• In addition, you will be working on illustrating UX design ideas using storyboards, and process flows and you will develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites and apps should function and look like
• Furthermore, you will identify, troubleshoot UX problems and Test new ideas before implementing, while adhering to style standards according to the product and brand on fonts, colors, images and existing design system
• In this role, you will help conduct user research and evaluate user feedback; to do this you should hold experience with designing responsive and progressive browser-based applications and hybrid applications on Android and iOS.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in WEB and Mobile App Design, work experience as a UI/ UX Designer or similar role
• Web standards, Responsive design, Usability, Accessibility
• Demonstrable design portfolio showcasing UI design skills and user experience research case studies
• Visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design techniques, basic design principles and interaction design concepts
• Extensive skills in Figma, Adobe XD, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Ability to develop a design system from scratch
• Experience in banking or payments industries and Adobe Illustrator is considered an asset.
