Technical Documentation Officer

We are seeking a Technical Documentation Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing technical documentation to support the company's products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals and installation guides
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Editing photographs, drawings and other illustrations used in such documentations
• Updating of the online product website content with the latest documentation
• Cooridnation with the translators for the translation of technical documents
• Support the sales companies with the requested technical and promotion material

Requirements:

• Must be highly proficient with Adobe Suite (Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Previous experience in technical writing or documentation, preferably in a technology or engineering environment would be considered an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
