  • Design and produce visual materials to support the Learning team’s marketing strategy.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of delivered learning products.
  • Mentor Learning team members on their instructional design skills.
  • Partner with the wider Talent team and work on other activities and projects as required.
  • Support the HR Function in meeting yearly targets and goals.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Instructional design
  • Producing materials with Articulate Storyline
  • Stakeholder management
  • Experience and/or qualifications in training or teaching.
  • Coordinating projects
  • Qualification or experience in a creative field, such as fine art, graphic design, illustration or similar would be a benefit.

Your Skills:

  • Strong visualization skills
  • Creative and analytical problem-solving
  • Advanced computer skills including the Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Excellent communication in both written and spoken English.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining quality and deadlines.
  • Great team spirit and willingness to help other team members on short notice with a variety of tasks.
  • Open to receiving and sharing feedback, as well as the flexibility to adjust to address better business needs.
  • A good storyteller that can find the essence of a challenge and communicate it with a great narrative and visualisation.
  • Ability to break down complicated tasks/procedures/situations into sensible bit sized chunks that allow users to learn at their own pace.

The ideal candidate will also:

  • Be familiar with Learning Management Systems.
  • Have knowledge of graphics and video editing software, such as Camtasia and/or Premiere.

What's in it for you?
Our experience-based salaries are competitive. Plus, there’s a discretionary annual performance bonus. And we provide advice and dedicated assistance to those moving to Malta.

  • A personal interest allowance to let you learn something new or pursue a hobby
  • Looking to extend your family? You will receive a cash gift of 1,000 EUR for your new addition whilst working for us
  • In-house training and development to develop your skills, progressing your career
