Interior Designer
Ably Resources (Malta) Ltd is currently looking to recruit an Interior Designer to join their client's team on a full-time basis.
About the Client:
Our client is a highly reputable and well-known design house based in beautiful refurbished offices near Sliema.
Due to the continued expansion of the ID department, an Interior Designer is required to join the team.
Applicants will be organised, detail orientated and artistic with the ability to visualise and sketch design plans as per client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertaking design projects from concept to completion on large projects as part of a team but also on smaller projects alone
- Interpreting and translating customer needs into design plans
- Setting the cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase
- Setting a timeline for the completion of an interior design project
- Researching and deciding on materials and products included in plans
- Utilizing computer applications in the design process
- Inspecting design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met
- Supervising work progress.
Applicants will:
- Have excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D Max and preferably several other design software
- Possess a Degree in Interior Design or similar
- Demonstrate experience managing projects
- Speak fluent English and have excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate some experience in the local Maltese market.
