Senior Corporate Executive

Our client, a leading law firm is looking to recruit a Senior Corporate Administrator to join their growing team.

The main responsibilities include :

• Overseeing all processes related to the efficient management of the firm's corporate services provider.
• Supervising the maintenance of Malta Business Registry-related online and manual filing systems, accurate client and statutory records, and documentation of financial transactions.
• Attending and participating in meetings with clients, professional advisors, banks, and authorities.
• Assisting the Board of Directors in strengthening and growing client relationships.
• Ensuring adherence to all procedural manuals, laws, guidelines, regulations, and codes of practice, both client and non-client related.
• Preparing necessary documents for management and board meetings and conducting follow-up work.
• Supporting team members in corporate and compliance matters.
• Conducting internal compliance reviews and reporting findings.
• Collaborating with the Board of Directors on client transactions, reviewing supporting documentation, and performing risk assessment analyses with the directors and Group MLRO.
• Coordinating and reviewing the work of junior team members.

• Have a minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Have a very good command of written and spoken English and Maltese

• Hold a recognized qualification at MQF Level 7 in a relevant financial or legal subject
