Private Clients Executive

Our client, a leading law firm is seeking to recruit a Private Clients Executive to join their reputable firm. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Assisting high net worth individuals with their relocation to Malta
• Coordination of clients' legal and tax queries with multiple practice groups
• Regularly updating the firm's database
• Developing the required product knowledge in relation to the programs offered by the firm and keeping abreast with any amendments and updating the relevant stakeholders accordingly 
• Liaising with local immigration and tax authorities on behalf of the clients
• Assisting with the preparation of any required reports and projects 

• Minimum three years of experience in a similar role
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Maltese
• Highly organized with an eye for detail
• Hold excellent intrapersonal skills
