Onboarding Officer

Finductive Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Onboarding Officer to join their team on a full-time basis.

We are looking for an Onboarding Officer to join our growing team within the Operations Department. The ideal candidate should have some background knowledge and experience of working within a financial services environment. A strong team player with good communication skills in English. 

Responsibilities:

• Performing due diligence checks on prospective corporate customers 
• Setting up calls with prospective customers to gain knowledge and get a better understanding of the business applying to build a customer profile ensuring within Finductive’s risk appetite  
• Reviewing KYC documentation 
• Liaising daily with clients and CSPs via email and telephone.

Requirements: 

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills 
• Be able to work independently while also being a team player, and be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently 
• Fluent oral and written communication skills in English–any other language is considered an asset
• Diploma/certificate in finance, management, operations or a related field will be an asset
• Knowledge of fintech and payments industry is desirable 
• Ideally in possession of a Maltese residence permit.
