roperty Partners is looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our growing property management company.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day office administration.
* Answer phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
* Welcome clients and visitors to the office.
* Organise and maintain office documents and records.
* Prepare contracts, invoices, and administrative paperwork.
* Coordinate appointments and meetings.
* Order office supplies and ensure the office is well stocked.
* Assist with data entry and updating company systems.
* Support the Property Management and Finance teams with administrative tasks.
* Organise and file company documents digitally and physically.
* Monitor and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
* Assist with onboarding new employees and preparing documentation.
* Maintain an organised and professional office environment.
* Support management with ad hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative or office role is preferred.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong communication skills in English (Maltese is considered an asset).
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* Professional, reliable, and trustworthy.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
