Junior Residency Executive

Our clients, a leading CSP entity, are looking to recruit a Junior Residency Executive. Reporting to the Head of Department, the chosen candidate will be responsible to:

• Meet with clients for Initial Consultation and gather necessary documents;
• Complete application forms accurately and thoroughly, ensuring all supporting documents are included and meet the specified requirements;
• Adhere to deadlines and submit applications to the appropriate authorities or agencies;
• Monitor emails, letters, and notifications from authorities regarding clients' applications, as well as communicate with clients;
• Communicate with relevant authorities as necessary to facilitate clients' applications, and follow up on statuses;
• Follow up on the status of applications and address any issues or delays that arise;
• Stay updated on changes to immigration laws, regulations, and procedures, whilst keeping clients informed about any changes or updates related to their applications;
• Maintain professionalism and empathy when interacting with clients, understanding the importance and sensitivity of their immigration matters.

• Previous experience in volunteering, and/or in an office environment is considered an asset.
• Ability to read and understand the law, procedures and previous cases
• Good level of compassion and empathy with focus on the client and not on the profits
• Ability to read and understand the law, procedures and previous cases, topped with strong attention to detail

• Certification or Diploma in immigration studies, sociology, psychology, HR & employment is considered an asset.
