Corporate Services Executives

About the role:

Join Finco Group as a Corporate Services Executive, where you will be working on a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries with a focus on financial services companies.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Assist the existing team in setting up and incorporating companies and special purpose vehicles.

• Liaise with clients to ensure proper management of companies.

• Be proactive in ensuring companies meet their statutory and regulatory deadlines.

• Assist in board meeting preparation and taking minutes at said meetings.

• Help initiate banking relationships in Malta and overseas.

Who are we looking for:

While experience in the field is beneficial, it is not mandatory. The ideal addition to our team should be:

• Fluent in English (Maltese is an advantage).

• Ideally have, as a minimum O’Level Standard of education or higher.

• Experience in Corporate Services would be considered as an asset but not a requirement.

• Proficient with Microsoft Applications.

• Client-focused.

• Able to work on their own initiative and adhere to pre-agreed timelines.
