Client Relationship Officer

Our Client is currently seeking to recruit a Client Relationship Officer to complement their growing portfolio of clients which range internationally. 

Responsibilities;

• Responsible for a portfolio of clients which shall include liaising on a daily basis with  principals, yacht/aircraft captains, advisors, lawyers, trustees and board members 
• Actively administer the day to day needs of our clients for both the yacht and aircraft portfolio  
• Processing and filing of payments  
• Attendance and participation at client meetings 
• Providing support to and liaising with the various departments within the company 
• Responsible for ensuring that client records are kept up to date
• Reviewing client companies, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for client companies including ongoing monitoring and transaction monitoring amongst others
• Ensuring that requests from clients and colleagues are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner and that statutory deadlines are met
