Process Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our team. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for analysing and improving our manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize our production processes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement new processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of process changes
- Monitor and evaluate process performance, making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal efficiency
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or bottlenecks in the production process
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and implement best practices to continuously improve processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in process mapping and data analysis tools
- Proficient in CAD and CAM software
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and address potential process risks
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing technologies and processes.
