PharOS Ltd in Malta is currently seeking to recruit an Operational Excellence Lead within the Administration department, to join their team on a full-time basis, as follows:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promotes and embeds an Operational Excellence Culture at the Pharos MT site, ensuring that all employees become actively involved in the OpEx initiatives
  • Develops close relationships with the site Operations, Engineering, Technical and Quality teams to foster a strong OpEx culture
  • Supports site management with setting ambitions objectives and KPIs
  • Supports the implementation of the overall OpEx strategy for the site
  • Identifies for system and process improvements
  • Demonstrates the appropriate use of lean techniques during OPEX projects
  • Provides local Subject Matter Expertise on OpEx methodology and tools
  • Supports OpEx training, guidance and education as needed
  • Follows all company norms and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Relevant university degree (Engineering, Technical, Pharmaceutical, Chemical)
  • Experience in leading Opex /Lean projects
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to engage and empower employees
  • Focused on business impact and actionable recommendations
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data and establish key takeaways
  • Experience driving change cross functionally
  • Evidence of ability to teach, guide and mentor others
  • Proven technical and computer skills – Microsoft Office, SAP etc.
