Safety & Compliance Coordinator

• Administer the internal reporting system and follow up on the effective implementation of mitigating actions
• Coordinate management of Change analyses and Risk analyses and contribute to other project-based work
• Plan and prepare safety meetings
• Analyse collected SMS data for any undesirable trends in the operations
• Oversee hazard identification, risk analysis, risk management, and mitigation procedures
• Plan SMS training and assist in the preparation of safety promotion
• Coordinate audit activities (audit planning and auditor assignments)
• Monitor applicable regulation changes
• Follow-up on timely closure of findings
• Coordinate with internal departments on audit activities
• Liaising with authorities and external auditing entities.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of the operation of Safety Management Systems and Compliance Monitoring Systems
• Hold good knowledge of the applicable aviation regulations
• Good computer knowledge
• Good knowledge of the English language.

EDUCATION:

• A levels or Baccalaureate is preferred.

WORKING TIME:
Normal working hours, Monday to Friday.
