Regulatory Compliance Officer

A client of ours specialising in the iGaming sector is looking to inboard a Regulatory Compliance Officer to join their team; The designated person will be reporting to the Head of Compliance, and responsibilities are as follows:

Duties:

• Provide day to day support to the business on any issues or queries around compliance and regulation.
• Ensure all regulatory reporting is submitted on time.
• Work closely with the colleagues and other teams on all licensing administration and due diligence projects.
• Conduct respective testing for the Compliance Monitoring Programme (“CMP”) designed to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policy and procedure requirements and best practice.
• Ensure that sub-contracted, subsidiaries / partners are maintaining the highest standards for all compliance related activities and if not, ensure that immediate corrective action is put in place.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining policies, procedures and internal guidance in relations to AML, Social Responsibility, Marketing & Advertising and licensing.
• Work closely with the AML, Marketing Compliance, Data Protection and Social Responsibility teams.

• A strong understanding of Compliance, Responsible Gambling, Customer Due Diligence, Anti-Money Laundering, preferably within the gambling industry
• Quick learner and ability to take on board added responsibility
• Excellent communication skills in English

• Would ideally hold recognised qualifications in a related field
