KYC Analyst - Temporary position

At Aristocrat, we are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Temporary KYC Processing Agents.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic industry while ensuring compliance and enhancing customer experience.
This is a temporary role to manage a project spanning between 4-to-5-week period and will pay €10.00 per hour for 8 hours a day between Monday to Friday.

All necessary training will be provided including tools and equipment to fulfil the role. You will also have the opportunity to work remotely and at our brand-new offices at ST Georges Business Centre in St Julians.

As a KYC Analyst, you will be part of a team of analysts and report to the Payments and Fraud Team Leads. There are plenty of growth opportunities, allowing you to advance to the next step in your career.

Job description:

• Process, format, and review Customer documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for document management
• Verify and validate data in documents before submission or approval
• • Assist in document tracking, retrieval, and archiving
• Coordinate with different teams to obtain missing or additional information as required
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. • Support administrative tasks related to document processing and record keeping.

What We're Looking For:

• Interest in compliance, KYC, and AML is essential; 1-2 years of KYC experience is preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in using various computer applications and software
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
