Junior Onboarding Officer

Our client within the Fintech industry is looking for a Junior Onboarding Officer to join their team.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Handling department's daily Corporate tasks and operations; 
• Handling incoming and outgoing emails and telephone calls
• On-boarding of new customers;
• Communicating Corporate clients and assisting them with their queries;
• Maintaining positive business and customer relationships;
• Maintaining company records, internal databases and Corporate related documentation;
• Requesting, collecting, filing  and monitoring all necessary documentation and doing due diligence related to the on-boarding of Corporate Clients;
• Handling Corporate account opening process from beginning to end;
• Perform researches for prospective clients;
• Other Corporate related tasks;
• Other duties as may be requested by Senior Management of the Company and Corporate Marketing Department.

• At least 1 year experience working in a similar position
• Experience working within the financial section would be considered as an asset
• Have a positive can-do attitude and be self-motivated
• Excellent command of written and spoken English

• In possession of a University Degree and/or MQF Level 6 qualification in a relevant field
