Investor Relations Manager

One of our key clients specialising in Fiduciary and Corporate services is currently seeking an Investor Relations Manager to join their dynamic team of professionals:

Duties:

• Ensure that necessary controls are in place and adhered to in order to provide complete, accurate, and timely transfer agency services to fund clients
• Leading a client-driven Investor Relations team seeking to enhance internal/external client experience and satisfaction 
• Ensure that all fund client and fund investor files are in good order with respect to AML/CFT regulations
• Reviewing the process of fund investors’ subscriptions and redemptions and ensure all are processed in high accuracy and in a timely manner
• Maintaining the investor shareholder registers of the various funds under administration
• Providing periodic reporting of shareholder trading activity to fund clients
• Implementing FATCA and CRS programs to ensure client funds’ comply with regulatory requirements
• Review, manage and liaise with auditors for audits of client funds
• Assist Senior Management in completion of ad-hoc tasks as assigned or requested by them
• Assist in the onboarding of new fund clients.
