Freelance Compliance Officer

Our client a licensed individual offering Directorship services is looking for a Compliance Officer to work on Freelance basis.

Responsibilities: 

• Reviewing any due diligence documents and following up for relevant vetting
• Maintaining information up to date 
• Offering investigative support 
• Issuing regular compliance reports
• Keeping up to date with developments, policies, and procedures issued by other institutions in relation to the industry
• Attending training, and conferences, as required
• Contributing to the development and/ or maintenance processes and policies
• Carrying out tasks as instructed 

• PQ'd by the MFSA as a Compliance Officer
• Previous extensive experience in a similar role
• Able to take decisions and communicate them well

• Relevant Compliance Qualifications
