Compliance Support Officer

Our client, a Corporate Services Provider is looking for a Compliance Support Officer to join their growing team. The role would be supporting the Senior Compliance Officer as well as a the Head of Compliance. 

Responsibilities:

General Compliance

• Assist in monitoring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal frameworks.
• Support the execution of the Compliance Monitoring Programme, including reviews, testing, and control assessments.
• Contribute to the review of client onboarding and ongoing monitoring to ensure alignment with regulatory and risk requirements.
• Assist in preparing compliance reports, tracking findings, and maintaining registers and records.
• Monitor regulatory developments and support updates to policies, procedures, and controls.
• Provide day-to-day compliance guidance to internal teams.

AML/CFT

• Support the review of AML/CFT documentation, including CDD and risk assessments.
• Assist in testing AML/CFT controls and tracking remediation actions.
• Maintain AML/CFT records and support reporting in coordination with the MLRO.
• Contribute to AML/CFT training and awareness initiatives.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years working locally in Compliance, AML or Risk, within a CSP, Trustee, or Financial Services setting
• Understanding in compliance frameworks
• Excellent verbal and written English

Education and Experience

• A Diploma in Compliance, AML, Risk or related
