Compliance Officer

Microgaming Europe Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Compliance Officer to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years iGaming experience;
• Proved excellent knowledge of international gambling regulations, knowledge of technical requirements, and reporting obligations;
• Experience in managing, reporting, and status tracking on multiple projects;
• Experience with audits and test laboratories;
• Strong research skills in new markets and regulations;
• Excellent time-management skills, proactive and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating and monitoring compliance of live casino products with all relevant technical regulations in established and new regulated iGaming markets;
• Communicate effectively and develop strong relationships with test laboratories and regulatory authorities for approvals, handling issues, notifying of key events, and ensuring all products meet regulatory requirements for its jurisdictions;
• Handle day-to-day reporting to regulatory authorities;
• Providing compliance support with regulatory, audit, and similar inspections;
• Assist in the preparation of summarizing the regulatory and technical compliance requirements of each market in which OnAir intends to operate and assist with developing solutions for these markets;
• Continuously identify, document, and increase efficiencies of internal processes;
• Develop and maintain excellent technical understanding and in-depth knowledge of the company’s product(s), as well as general group product knowledge.
