Malta Public Transport Services (Operations) Limited are looking to recruit an Office Attendant to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Clean the floors of the reception area, lobbies, offices, and other rooms in the company by sweeping and mopping;
- Empty trash bins and ensure that the garbage bags are appropriately separated into recyclable and non-recyclable bins;
- Wash down and disinfect bathrooms regularly and as required;
- Perform dusting disinfecting, and polishing of surfaces and furniture as needed;
- Liaising with the line manager to ensure there are sufficient cleaning products at all times;
- May be required to shop for cleaning supplies;
- May be required to stock kitchen and board room supplies as needed;
- Responsible for reporting repairs and replacements encountered when executing daily tasks;
- Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
- Any other task related to the role as required from time to time.
