Housekeeping Room Attendant

Main Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Ensure rooms are properly stocked with amenities and supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Respond to guest requests in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within hospitality (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluent English (B1 or higher); additional languages are an advantage.
- Must be an EU national residing in Malta.
