- Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required, ensuring all items are in good condition.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and report shortages as needed.
- Uphold the company's standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
