Delivery Driver & Laundry Attendant

We are seeking a reliable Laundry Attendant & Delivery Driver to join our property management team. This dual-role position involves washing, ironing, and folding linen to maintain high cleanliness standards, as well as delivering fresh linens and supplies to our various properties in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should be organized, have a strong work ethic, and be comfortable driving to multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, dry, fold, and iron linen according to company standards.
• Ensure all laundry is processed efficiently and delivered on schedule.
• Inspect linens for stains or damage and report any issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry facility.
• Load, transport, and deliver linens and supplies to properties as required.
• Handle deliveries professionally and ensure items reach the correct location.
• Maintain the company vehicle in good condition and report any maintenance needs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in laundry services or housekeeping is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry laundry bags and supplies.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
