Cleaner

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Cleaner. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of our premises.

Requirements:

• A team player 
• Relevant experience in a catering environment 
• Working knowledge of health and safety procedures 
• Knowledge of handling and operation of equipment 
• Attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Sous Chef, Head Chef and Catering Manager 
• Principal duties include cleaning designated areas ensuring that all surfaces are hygienically cleaned as instructed  
• Ensuring that your designated machines and equipment are kept clean and that all cleaning schedules are followed 
• Ensuring that any complaints, hazards and faulty equipment are reported to the head chef.
