Car Wash Supervisor

Job Role:
We are seeking a car wash supervisor.
The Car Wash Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that cars are washed to the highest standard and that the car wash facility runs smoothly and efficiently. The Car Wash Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of cleaners, monitoring the quality of car wash services, ensuring that the car wash is properly stocked, and providing excellent customer service. The Car Wash Supervisor will also manage the financial side of the car wash, ensuring that costs are managed efficiently and that revenue targets are met. The Supervisor will also be responsible for keeping the car wash facility in a clean and safe condition and for providing training and development opportunities to staff.

Role Purpose:
The purpose of a Car Wash Supervisor is to oversee the daily operations of a car wash and ensure that all employees are following the correct safety and operational procedures. The Car Wash Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, training and motivating staff, and ensuring that all customer service standards are met. The Car Wash Supervisor also ensures that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order, and that all chemicals and supplies are properly stored and used by applicable laws and regulations. The Car Wash Supervisor also maintains records of all services performed and keeps accurate records of all employee hours.

Car Wash Supervisor Role:
