- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

- Participate in defining and taking responsibility of executing the product strategy for the business services portfolio, including mobile, internet, telephony, TV, cybersecurity, IoT, managed networks, and managed connectivity.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to shape the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative products and services.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, development, and launch to growth, maturity, and end-of-life.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to continuously optimise and enhance product offerings.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting telecom and ICT services.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and pricing models.
- Support the sales team with training, product collateral, and customer presentations to drive adoption and revenue growth.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for product success, including targets, customer acquisition, and profitability.
- Manage the product budget, including cost control and investment prioritization.
- Collaborate with customer support and service delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for product improvements based on feedback and market needs.
