Brand Manager

Francis Busuttil & Sons (Marketing) Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Brand Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Your Role:
The ideal candidate would be a motivated candidate who is passionate about the FMCG Industry. You shall be responsible for leading the team in developing & executing trade strategies and build programs within the portfolio of brands you manage in order to increase company sales and maximize profitability through efficient investments within these brands.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with all suppliers
• Manage the Advertising & Promotions budgets
• Organize and work through the forecasting process of each assigned brand
• Conducts frequent field visits and communicates observations to the Sales Managers
• Ensures that the Sales team is provided with all the necessary brand knowledge
• Develop Brands.

• Required Academic Education & Professional Certification
• BA Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or similar
• Experience in the same field is a plus
• Excellent Command of English Language
• Computer Skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Personal Competencies: Product Knowledge - Presentation Skills - Negotiation Skills Interpersonal Managerial Skills.
