Senior Onboarding Officer

We are looking for a Senior Onboarding  Officer to join our growing team within the Operations Department. The ideal candidate should have some background knowledge and experience of working within a financial services environment. A strong team player with good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the client onboarding process and be the go-to person for day-to-day enquiries for the team 
• Reviewing and overseeing KYC documentation on prospective corporate customers conducted by a team
• Ensuring team SLAs are met
• Combine and produce progress status reports
• Liaising with clients and CSPs via email and telephone
• Assist the operations manager with any other tasks that may be required from time to time.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the fintech industry and corporate client onboarding is a must
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Be able to work independently while also being a team player, and be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently meeting strict deadlines
• Fluent oral and written communication skills in English–any other language is considered an asset
• Have strong leadership traits 
• Ideally in possession of a Maltese residence permit
• Have the patience to train and follow up on peers.
