Operations Officer (Cards)

Our client, within the Banking Industry, is currently looking to recruit a Cards Operations Officer to join their team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Handling operational tasks such as customer support requests, card loadings and settlements 
• Monitoring of customer accounts and raising alerts for fraudulent activity 
• Requests for chargebacks 
• Ensuring onboarding of customers is in line with the banks KYC and AML procedures 
• Manage card stock, production and fulfilment 
• Assist in the creation of operational procedures and terms and conditions 
• Assist the Operations Manager in market research and analysis and implementation of new products

• Good knowledge about the card and payment industry
• Previous work experience related to Cards (Mastercard & VISA)
• Eye for detail

• Degree in Banking & Finance
