IT Infrastructure Manager

Our well-establiahsed client in the finance and banking sector is urgently looking to hire an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager. This is a great role for those looking to take their skills and managerial experience to a growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support members of the infrastructure team by providing support and guidance
• Effectively manage W/LANs, telecommunications network, and various communications links throughout the organization
• Provide support and management of local data centers, both production and DR
• Provide administration for cloud-based ecosystems within the organization
• Manage hardware such as servers, routers & switches and various core telecoms hardware
• Ensure contingency and backup plans are in place and update as needed
• Confidently delegate tasks and work with vendors as needed
• Utilizing ticketing systems, support and manage remote infrastructure in an international environment
• Apply your expertise for the second and third lines of support to ensure complex issues can be resolved either internally or externally
• Adhere to and validate SLAs along with creating and maintaining proper documentation
• Visit local sites for inspection and troubleshooting
