Investments Services Officer

An Investments Officer position is currently available with a leading organisation offering corporate and advisory services to clients.

• Contribute to the delivery of the investment strategy and related processes
• Portfolio rebalancing to align policies to client risk, and communicating with advisers and the changes required and rationale
• Processing switch and cash replenishment transactions with various product providers in a timely and accurate manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with other internal departments – Compliance, Para-Planning, Pension Advisory, Pensions Administration, Trust, Finance, and Marketing
• Production and distribution of regular monthly product information and commentaries
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure investment strategy is compliant and optimised to help achieve corporate targets
• Contribution to project work relating to investment services
• Key internal resource for queries relating to investments
• Liaise with external investment partners to help ensure firms’ objectives are reached. 

• Minimum of 2 years experience in experience working within financial services, preferably in an investment-focused role
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• A general understanding of investments and financial markets
• Analytical decision making; - identifying and solving problems using insight and experience to make good decisions
• Client focused attitude in identifying, understanding and giving priority to meeting the needs of client
• Strong team player attitude and communication skills

• Degree in Financial Services or Equivalent
